Ordering + Payment
Please review your order carefully prior to checking out as once an order has been submitted it cannot be modified. If after submission you do notice an error, please contact us by email immediately so that we can cancel your order before it is dispatched.
Our store is powered by Squarespace and Stripe. We accept Apple Pay, most debit cards as well as Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. Your card will be charged in Pounds Sterling and your card statement will show JOSHUAE.COM as the merchant.
At this time we do not accept Paypal.
Once you have finished placing your order you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation will contain all of the details of your order including an order number that you can use should you need to contact us. If this does not arrive within a few minutes, please check the spam folder to make sure it has not been marked as spam. If your order confirmation email does not arrive, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to resend it.

United Kingdom - via Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class - £3.50
International - via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed - £7.00
Dispatch & Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days of receipt of payment. We will let you know by email when your order dispatches (including any relevant tracking information). If there is a delay we will also email you to let you know.
Deliveries typically take 1-3 days for the UK, 5-7 days for Europe and 7-14 days for the rest of the world from when your order is dispatched. Delays due to the postal service are beyond our control.
Customs Charges / Import Duties
For our customers outside of the European Union, there may be delays due to customs clearance procedures, as well as additional charges payable before your order is released from customs for delivery. All import and customs duties are solely your responsibility. We advise you to check these charges with your local customs office before placing your order.
If there's a problem with your order when it's delivered, please let us know immediately and we'll sort it out for you. If your order was damaged during delivery, please include some pictures of the damaged packaging and items when contacting us.
If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 28 calendar days from the day after you receive your order for a refund. We ask that any items you return to us be in new and unused condition, packaged safely and securely with the customs declaration (if one is required) clearly marked RETURNED GOODS. We strongly advise that you use a tracked and insured service as we cannot take responsibility for returns which become damaged or are not received by us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Once received by us and accepted, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method for the purchase price of the items returned (excluding original shipping charges, if applicable). The refund should appear in your account within a few days once issued.
We respect your privacy and only collect the personal information that is required to complete your order and/or to send out email newsletters (if you subscribe). We will never disclose your personal details to a third party.
